Tai Chi supports your body and mind to help you cope with life in all kinds of ways. It can help keep your life broader, and help you experience strength and confidence as you age, or recover.

OUR CLASSES

Online & In Person

We want our classes to be as accessible as possible. Everyone is welcome to attend - no matter your fitness or mobility levels. It's a small and welcoming class that really encourages you to jump in and have a go. Not only do you get tried and true exercises but you work with a group of like-minded people who you might not otherwise ever meet. Quiet Cloud provides an environment for meeting, for coming together and learning. Our aim is to help you walk out feeling better than when you walked in.

And if you can't make it in person for whatever reason we have online options coming soon as well so you can exercise and follow along at home.

MacKillop Parish Pastoral Centre, 7 Milson St, Charlestown

An introduction to Tai Chi for all ages and fitness levels. This class will provide you with the basic fundamentals of Tai chi and Qigong, with the emphasis on improving your breathing, posture, flexibility and relaxation.
The classes run to 10 weeks terms and are offered at various locations. You are very welcome at any of the classes offered at the various locations.

Quiet Cloud offers a variety of weekly classes to suit all levels from beginners to advanced, as well as short courses and workshops focusing on specialised skills such as weaponry and advanced techniques. All classes here >

As a woman in my 60s myself, this is how I want to help make life better.
