Service Description

This class will provide you with the basic fundamentals of Tai chi and Qigong, with the emphasis on improving your breathing, posture, flexibility and relaxation. The classes run to 10 weeks terms and are offered at various locations. You are very welcome at any of the classes offered at the various locations.
