Quiet Cloud offers a variety of weekly classes to suit all levels from beginners to advanced, as well as short courses and workshops focusing on specialised skills such as weaponry and advanced techniques.

Walk ins are also welcome.

Beginners & Beginners+ at Charlestown
An introduction to Tai Chi for all ages and fitness levels. This class will provide you with the basic fundamentals of Tai chi and Qigong, with the emphasis on improving your breathing, posture, flexibility and relaxation.
The classes run to 10 weeks terms and are offered at various locations. You are very welcome at any of the classes offered at the various locations.

Tai Chi for Balance - All Levels
Specifically designed for those at higher risk of falls and having poor balance and stability, this class takes Tai Chi elements and creates a program to improve leg strength, posture, flexibility, range of motion and reflexes. All are welcome. If you are in any doubt if this, or any other class is suitable for you, please consult your GP .

Sponsored by the Stockton Surgery, this class is to encourage those that have wanted to get moving, by arranging an opportunity to do so in a friendly easy going environment. Learn movements that will help with balance, breathing and concentration, relieve stress and help with arthritis, diabetes and chronic illness, to bring you a better quality of life.
